The family has an eagerness to give back to society. Through their deep understanding of music, they have envisaged serving society, especially the underprivileged sections, by aiming to bring relief and rehabilitation through music.
Umesh Vipin Khare
Managing Director and Founder
Shri Umesh Vipin received his training under the esteemed and diligent guidance of Pandit Nand Kishore Sharma and Shriman Dr Ramdas Mongrey.

He has more than a hundred public concerts accredited to his name. He composed music for jingles and telefilms and participated in a dozen or more programs at AIR (All India Radio) and Doordarshan.
His brainchild is the NGO Shruti Sandhaan and its academy, AAS (Aap Aur Sangeet). As part of AAS, he started teaching music to adults (above 40) and senior citizens in 1995, and there has been no looking back ever since.
He has trained more than three thousand students, and the count keeps increasing daily. He has adopted innovative teaching approaches for the betterment of his students. Through Shruti Sandhaan, he has maintained an active association with NGOs such as the paraplegic foundation, leprosy homes, cancer patients, nursing homes, and differently-abled children.
Sangeeta Khare
Director and Founder
Smt. Sangeeta Umesh acquired her training under the esteemed and diligent guidance of ‘Pandit Nand Kishore Sharma’ and ‘Shriman Dr Ramdas Mongrey.’

She has more than fifty public concerts accredited to her name. She composed music for jingles, telefilms and sang for AIR (All India Radio)and Doordarshan.
She started teaching music to homemakers, professionals, and senior citizens in 1995. She is the guiding force behind Shruti Sandhaan and Aas Academy. She has, through Shruti Sandhaan, worked with NGOs like the paraplegic foundation, leprosy homes, cancer patients, old age homes and differently-abled children.
Shoonya Khare
Director and Founder
Ms Shoonya Khare is a media graduate who worked in the media industry for a few years before taking up music full-time.
She has been singing since age four and has been performing with her parents all through. She trained in light Hindustani vocals and Western contemporary. Under the banner of "Shoonya- A Mellifluous Journey from Ecstasy to Serenity".
She conducts concerts with a variety of music genres. She and her parents are active in Shruti Sandhaan and Aas Academy. She has been a vocal coach for six years, teaching contemporary music. Through Shruti Sandhaan, she has worked with NGOs like the Paraplegic Foundation, Leprosy Home, Cancer patients, old age homes and differently-abled children.
